It All Starts with a Design Meeting
With the magic of GoToMeeting we can now offer personalized jewelry design across the USA and Canada by internet and telephone. People like you have been pleased with our beautiful custom jewelry. It has been working great! Let us help you customize a wedding set or jewelry piece for any occasion. It starts by scheduling a meeting. There is no charge or obligation. Let us show you how easy and fun it is to have custom jewelry.
Design Meetings
If you are local we host you at Terra Bella Bakery-Cafe. We will design our jewelry in comfort by the fireplace with coffee and treats (on us). For internet customers we meet online with GoToMeeting. GoToMeeting allows us to show you our design screen across the internet live while we talk on the phone. Allow one hour for a Design Meeting. You should bring ideas, pictures, or sketches to the meeting. We need to know what you like and dislike. If we meet in person we will get your ring size. If we meet on the internet please have a jewelry professional size you prior to the online meeting.
Design Process
After our meeting the design process begins. We will turn your ideas into a scale CAD model. You will receive photo-real pictures of the design and prices via email. At this point we can explore options, make changes and see how it changes the look and price. When your design is perfect we will be able to tell you the price of the piece and how long it will take to build it. It is our job to create a design you absolutely love!
Construction
All rings are made from scratch to your specifications. They are not mass-produced. We don’t have rings in inventory. Your ring begins as raw gold, platinum, diamond, and gemstones. Construction begins when you are thrilled with the design and can’t wait to have it built!
If you don’t see what you want contact us using the website form and we will schedule a Design Meeting. Imagination is the real limitation. All our designs can be customized.
Who Owns the Designs?
Please note all designs remain the property ofLadybug Jewelry. You are buying finished jewelry. The designs cannot be copied or disseminated without written permission. All designs will eventually be posted on our website and offered to other customers as a starting point for their custom designed jewelry. Thank you for promoting and protecting creativity!
What about Gemstones?
Ladybug is a Stuller dealer of fine gemstones. We recommend Stuller Red Box (c) Diamonds and Stuller Black Box Gemstones to complete our designs. These programs offer our customers valuable advantages for no extra cost. See the Gemstone tab for further information. We would be happy to use your heirloom gemstones and design a new setting for you. Ask us for details. There is shipping, insurance, and setting charges with gemstones not purchased from Ladybug. We will do what we can to make your jewelry affordable.
